Allow tooltip display of values for Line and Curves (of type Line from Column Values)

Currently only able to display column names, but not values. It'll be useful for user to be able to hover over Line and Curves to get actual values.

 

This functionality is readily available in other plotting software (e.g. Matlab, Plotly, Power BI, Tableau).
