Scenario: you have e.g. a scatter plot and set the "Marker By" property to "None" which allows to define an aggregation method for the y-axis. If you have now have several Integer columns you would like to visualize and you decided to use the "None" aggregation, Spotfire always applies the "SUM" aggregation when you switch to another column.
Desired behavior is to keep "None" aggregation for the new column if it was selected before.
Or allow you to set "none" globally so we don't have to go through clicking every time.
Please fix to stop the default to Sum on all the columns already in the chart.
I agree. Highly annoying. Quite a lot of cases where SF thinks I want an aggregation but I don't. Also Auto-binning is switched on quite often for the x-axis which is annoying.
