Addition of Column "Groups" for commonly analyzed variables

In many workflows, there are groups of columns that are frequently viewed/analyzed/plotted together. It would be fantastic if user could define and name groups of columns similar to lists/tags for rows (I would imagine this tooling would live under data table properties or wrangler). Then when building plots, user could simply select the "column group" instead of individual properties. This would be particularly powerful with trellis etc. For example, I work in the Oil & Gas industry and commonly want to plot my flow rates together, and my pressures together... and my strong preference would be to have them all contained in one trellised visualization, instead of multiple visualizations. I believe this would be helpful in every industry! I would also suggest adding these groups as a multiple axis option selection, and allow a column to simultaneously exist in multiple groups.
