Last Sign On Information Displayed at Logon

This is something that has become extremely important especially as of late with all of the security issues.  Several Government agencies have ased for a simple pop-up window or other type of notification that when a user logs on from any type of client, that they can see when it was that they last logged into the system.  It does not need to remain permenatly displayed, only briefly similar as to when we use on-line banking and such that has important data.  I know this information is alredy captured in the DB, thus is should not be a major task as it only has to do with the UI.  DIA amougnst others have asked for this for quite some time.  I beleive there are support tickets that have been opened asking for this enhancement.
