expiration date of spotfire user password to be displayed in spotfire professional client and UI config. Merged

Description:
1) User has requested to have password expiry feature(date) for spotfire user.(basic database authentication mentioned by user).
2) User has requested to have feature to get it displayed in spotfire professional or UI config or in tibco spotfire server.
3) User has mentioned to have this feature as a result of security reason at his client end.
