Do not clear marking when right-clicking into legend

When you right-click in the legend of a visualisation in an empty space so that the legend context menu opens, the marking is cleared. This is a highly annoying behaviour, especially when you have on-demand-loads tied to the marking. This often disrupts my workflow. Interestingly, when you right-click an axis selector in the legend, this does not happen. Tested for SF 7.11.

    I verified this in Spotfire 7.13, but it may be solved already in an earlier version.
