Reusable data limiting expressions (includes data limiting per page)

I stumbled accross TS-I-5450 because I want to have data limiting per page. Thinking a bit more about this, I came up with the idea that it would be cool to have a list of expressions which could be used for data limiting. Basically, I am thinking about the same mechanism as filtering schemes. You would be able to define different "data limiting schemes" (custom expressions). You could then select them in each visualisation in addition to a filtering scheme. You should also be able to select a "data limiting scheme" for the whole page and also apply the "data limiting scheme" of the active page like you do for filtering schemes.

The normal "data limiting using expression" should still be available for easy per visualisation hard filters.
