"Animation By..." Feature

Currently, to show time progression of a visualization, the item filter slider can be used. It would be great to have an "Animation by.." option where a column can be used to cycle through rows of data at a specified rate to show an animated plot.

Could also be made "manual" by fixing the zoom slider interval on rightclick and then use the scroll wheel? Having a separate animation is even better (third dimension)
