Option to show custom application and document tools in any standard Spotfire menu

As a developer or an administrator I want to show my custom tools in any native Spotfire menu, like File, Data or Help, or in a custom sub-menu below.

This would give the flexibility to show custom functionality in more logical places when using Spotfire as a platform for new analytic applications.
