Pie Chart with one sector does not place label outside of pie, and it does not render label properly

Display a pie chart with one sector - all rows have the same value for the column - it happens. Show labels for All. Label position outside pie.

Label is NOT drawn outside pie - it's smack dab in the middle of the pie. Furthermore, my pie has a dark color, and the text is NOT rendered in a light contrasting color (i.e., white). So you cannot see the label at all really.

Another reason to not like pie charts. Can this be fixed?
