Customer just noticed that labels in a pie chart could be shown differently.
i.e. the label text is shown with white edge surrounding the text if label touches/overlaps with the sector line or curved line. and the label text is shown without white edge if no touch/overlap.
Customer wants to configure all labels to be shown either with or without the white edge.
