Bar Chart labels don't appear when they should - labeling rule is too primitive and limiting.

Bar chart labeling is too primitive. There is some predetermined limit (200?), and even though I only show labels for marked bars, and only a few are marked, the labels do not appear, or every nth label appears,  because I have too many bars all together in the entire visualization. Furthermore, if I am showing less bars in the visualization that the label limit, all of the labels should show. Using the tooltip is a poor workaround.

    The first attached file is an example of bad bar chart labeling - this bc is set to show all labels. To be fair, in the second image attached, I then widened it , and removed the coloring to just get a label over each bar - no labels rendered at all.

    it would be nice to include labels from either or both axes....
