We sometimes have problems where an unknown person has moved or deleted folders in our library and we'd like to be able to track down who caused the problem.
Perhaps this could be implemented by adding entries to the Action Log - e.g. log_category="library_pro", log_action="folder_delete", arg1="the folder path", id1="the folder guid".
The most frequent cause of this is the feature in Information Designer that lets you drag/drop folders and move them - this feature causes far more problems than it solves!
