When a plot is exported to ppt, can it use a picture place holder on the slide

When a plot is exported to ppt, can it use a picture place holder on the slide, instead of just placing in the plot picture inside the slide? This will allow me to change the slide layout and the plot gets relocated automatically based on the picture place holder location on the slide layout.
