Spotfire Ideas Portal
Spotfire can show directions on a map: two points are connected with an arrow.
Idea is to add to this the thickness of the line. Think of a Sankey diagram, but not on a circle, here it is shown on a map instead.
This is ideal for showing movement of people, goods or values on a map.
Attached are example screenshots of an existing solution and a workaround in Spotfire using directions and bullets on the end.
