Would work kinda like a bullet graph in a graphical table but it would be vertical. One column would be used as the capacity and would be shown as a bar with an outline but no fill. Another column would be used as the inventory and would fill up the bar. It would be nice to also add multiple horizontal lines as indicators within the capacity bar. Color by yet another column would be useful. See attached for example done with Excel.
