add option to specify data loading option in "Add data to analysis" flyout

Please add option to specify data loading option("Always new data" , "New data when possible", "Stored data") in "Add data to analysis" flyout.


There is still plenty space in the "Add data to analysis" flyout, and it's a good place to reminder end user about how data is loaded, and if it is embedded in analysis or not.


Currently if end user wants to change the data loading option he must open the data canvas and select the datatable then make the change. It needs many clicks.
