Bookmark to capture both Active and non-Active Filtering Scheme across all pages. Merged

Currently, capturing and applying bookmarks only includes filters for the currently active filtering scheme, as set on the currently active page. Filters for other filtering schemes than the active are not captured by the bookmark, nor are these filtering schemes modified when applying a bookmark

#### Scenario

Filtering Scheme 1 is the active scheme on page when Bookmark is created.

If manual bookmark restore is used - i.e., click on Bookmark icon > select Filtering Scheme 1 > Apply - filter settings restored as it was saved.

#### Issue

If page now uses a different Filtering Scheme 2 as the active scheme, Bookmark restore applies the saved filter settings on Filtering Scheme 2 and not Filtering Scheme 1.

The above behaviour is not intuitive, even if it's by design.
