Set any value as the "starting" point for positive and negative bars

I would like to set value 100 as the starting point for bars, so that bars that have a value lower than 100 will be displayed to the left (like a negative value would starting from zero)

It is useful for clarity especially in combination curves where many curves can be displayed on a dashboard.

Lock Visualization area remain between pages

When using the lock visualization option, the locking options disappear when I change pages. I want to be able to switch between multiple pages and ensure text areas are the same size between them. I have to keep going back to "Lock Visualization"...
