Allow Access Only Permissions for SBDF Files

Currently, Browse+Access is the lowest folder permission available to access SBDF files. In case of the need to secure the folder, it would be great to allow the Access only permission to be able to access SBDF files, similar to Information Links....

Pin favorite folders when selecting data

When adding new data with the "+" symbol, it would be preferable to access favorited/pinned folders for ease of access. A suggested location could be underneath the Spotfire library folder.
