eriuqeR The migrate-action-db command does not require the parameter "--tool-password" like migrate-db. This is not secure for such a powerful command. Update this command to require parameter "--tool-password".

Spotfire client loader should renegotiate a full handshake with the server if it receives a malformed ticket.
