Trust all for custom SQL in connectors

Extremely tedious and error-prone to trust individual SQL statements. A "Trust All" functionality would be helpful.

Limit input options on f(x) flyout

Limit options for input params so user cannot select data in an unintended way. For instance, Column selection may not want to allow column expression.

Connectors Load Type Visibility

Show whether in memory or in database when creating connection as you often don't realise it defaults to in-database. Change default to in-memory or allow it to be configurable in options or administration manager.
