Override current culture when calculating week numbers

How week number are calculated in Spotfire depends on the current culture/locale settings in Windows. This means that the week number in Spotfire will be different on a US/English version of Windows than it would be on a Swedish version.

I want to use ISO 8601 definition of week numbers which use the following rules:

iFirstWeekOfYear = First week containing at least four days is the first week of the year.
iFirstDayOfWeek = Monday

But these rules do not comply with the culture/language/locale that the customer is using, so I'm requesting a way to be able to override these settings in Spotfire.
