Network chart is now available as a visualization mod for Spotfire from the TIBCO Community Exchange: https://community.tibco.com/modules/network-chart-mod-tibco-spotfirer
To use the network chart mod, Spotfire 11.0 or later is required.

Not really the full solution, but you can use JSViz to draw network charts (with some limitations). I've published a network chart as part of a set of visuals I've built over the past few years: https://community.tibco.com/wiki/simple-use-jsviz-visualisations
We see a increasing usage for network analysis. With large datasets and many users - Webplayer is prefferred to reduce time to usage of analysis( load data)
waiting...Please also include these features if possible -
1) conditional coloring for nodes.
2) Different shapes for nodes except only circle.
