Large analysis files take a while to close in the Web Player with no progress indication

When one clicks the "Close"(X) button in Web Player, large analysis files take a long time to close with no indication to the user that anything is occurring which causes users to click the Close button again.   It would be great to have some sort of indication that something is happening.  Often, the wait can be 10-15 seconds with no indication of progress that the Web Player even knows that the user hit close.
