I have a data table with embedded data, that also has a number of additional transformations:
> calculated columns
> inserted columns from external table (existing embedded table in analysis)
These transformations were applied after the data table was initially loaded (not part of the load).
When I use Replace Data to replace this table with new data, the columns inserted from external data are NOT inserted into the new table. The calculated columns are inserted.

With Spotfire 7.11 you can replace individual data sources instead of the complete data table as in previous versions. When you replace a data source Spotfire keeps you data transformations, added rows and added columns. Add rows operations and data transformations can be edited if needed after the data source has been replaced. Spotfire also indicates if any of these need your attention.
