The labels that are displayed for data that are in close numerical range should be shown such a way that they do not overlap each others labels, making it hard for the users to read what value & color it is. It will also be nice to have a feature where the user can be able to control what values are displayed via label when there can be a overlap. Something like a checkbox setting in the properties, where the user can choose to display either the highest value or the lowest value or any selected value.
The thing that excel is currently doing would be perfect. If labels are overlapping it finds an empty area and draws a line to point to the slice
