Add IPv6-Support for Concurrent License Management

Sometimes you want to use Statistica from somewhere else via a VPN-Connection. Some solutions, for instance, Direct Access, are operating with IPv6-protocols, which is so far not compatible with Concurrent Statistica-License Management. As license server can't be reached, Statistica is not usable.

This functionality should be added in future releases as IPv-6 environment will become more common. Apparently the Flex-LM already supports IPv6 and it just has to be activated.

    We are no longer offering concurrent license management for Statistica, so this is no longer applicable.
