The Report Template “Print” option does not allow for setting Printer preferences

The Report Template “Print” option does not render the executed report directly in Statistica desktop. Instead, it sends the report straight to the default printer, bypassing any user preferences set in their session.

The user does not have the ability to choose the printer or change the settings of PDF output. The default setting options opens up the Statistica PDF - Profile Manger that does allow for certain printing preferences (such as print orientation).

In the older versions (probably now deprecated) StatNovaPDF at least came with a dialog box that asks the user for a file location and page orientation

The new idea requirement is to make available a popup window that allows for setting the layout preferences, location, printer setting etc, like a regular printer setting options window made available when running a report template with "Print" option.
