Complete listing of data function packages for TERR Service

In Spotfire Server, Nodes & Services, provide visibility to the Administrator to what packages are currently deployed. One suggestion would be to list packages (data functions) for each deployment package for the TERR service. Another would be to display a complete listing of all data function packages across one or multiple deployment packages in the TERR service window.

    It would be useful to list the R package versions along with the R package names.
