Today, when we migrate Information link from a environnement to another, we need to re-create manually ALIAS of tables if we don't migrate the Data Source (not to loose login / password)
Our developpers are not allowd to modify their information link in production, so it's us, administrator that needs to re-create them .
Would their be :
- Another way to create alias (maybe as an object in the library ?)
- A way to Export / Import them as well ?

Users don't have rights to create synonyms in the DWH DB.
I vote for this too. But there is a reason as to why aliases are in the data source. Perhaps using database synonyms will be a better approach?
