Export Data Table from Visualization (Scatter Plot, Bar Chart, etc)

Allow the user to export the "Data Table" that is built when generating the data for a spotfire visualization, "Color By" column, "Marker By" row indicator, X column, Y column, Label column.  Basically export the data from the visualization with a column name that indicates how it is used.

    for a line chart, we want to download a table of the dates and line values, now we have to create a whole separate tab with a table viz just to enable exporting, very inelegant

    Eg for a percentages bar chart, have the ability to get a 'pivot table' alike data table that I can also show as a visualization.
