Reverse bar segment order regardless of axis mode of color column in bar chart

When the axis mode of the color column is selected as "Continuous" in a Bar chart, the Reverse bar segment order does not operate.
It is more useful if the function operates regardless of the axis mode.
If it is difficult to realize, in order to avoid confusion, when "continuous value" is selected in the axis mode of the color column, please disable the menu of the reverse bar segment order.
