There is a query banding option if we try to connect to Teradata using ODBC connection. But for other connections like JDBC or any other ODBC (except Teradata) there's no option for query banding. Query bands can be used to improve performance. It would be great if we can have Query Banding feature available for all JDBC connections.
Query banding is a feature of Teradata not JDBC or ODBC data sources. So what you are really asking is for all JDBC or ODBC data sources to add a feature to support query banding, which never ever happen. But if you want to ask for that you should ask every database vendor out there, Spotfire has nothing to do with this.
