Automatically distribute a custom Python interpreter

We would like to be able to automatically distribute our own version of the python interpreter using the Spotfire Servers package deployment mechanism, just like we can already do for python packages.

We have built in-house python packages that we have verified with a particular version of Python, and want to make sure all Analyst and Web clients use this version.
