The tabs appear at the bottom of the page in the new version(10.3.9), whereas the tabs appear at the top of the page in the current version(6.0) of web player. Merged

Attached screen for your further reference. Raised TIBCO case for this issue and they request us to write enhancement request for the same. Can you please enhance tab section as older version.
