Add Run Button to GUI

Add run script button to any GUI where appropriate. For instance, when I am writing IronPython I often just want to run the script with a new parameter setting to see if it works. At the moment I have to edit the script before I run it, so it would be good to be able to just run it if I change a parameter being passed and just want to see the effect
