put prerequisites-debian11.sh into tsnm-12.0.0.x86_64.tar.gz

It's required to run "sh prerequisites-debian11.sh" when installing web player/automation services to install prerequisites.


However prerequisites-debian11.sh is located under {node manager installation directory}/tsnm-{version number}.x86_64/nm/

services/WebWorker NET Core-*/Tools ONLY AFTER wp/as instance is installed.


Please put it into tsnm-12.0.0.x86_64.tar.gz, also put it into the installation directory when installing using tsnm-12.0.0.x86_64.rpm, in order to run it BEFORE installing WP/AS instance. It's useful when deploying all components with a batch file.


Also, you have to install WP instance first to generate prerequisites-debian11.sh file, and WP instance start would fail if you haven't run it.

That means WP instance must start and fail once.
