The Action "Navigate to visualization" should take page scroll into account

In my analysis I have a page that is very tall, so there are scrollbars on the page. At the bottom of the page I have a KPI chart that has actions to navigate to a second page with details about the clicked KPI Tile.

At this second page, I have a text area with an Action Control that is configured to "Navigate to Visualization" (and set to navigate to the KPI chart on the first page). However, when clicked, the Navigation goes to the first page and stays at the top. It does not scroll down to the KPI chart. I would like that clicking the Action control navigated to the first page and scrolled to have the KPI chart in view.
