Support simplified privilege management model that allows cascading privileges from published views down to data source.

Managing resource priviliges from the top down can be difficult at times if there are a lot of dependencies. We should provide a simpler UI to assign privileges at the published layer and have them cascade all the way down to the data sources.

Make sure TDV can support OData 4.01 protocol

The OData 4.01 protocol contains a lot of improvements against the 4.0 standard (in between the IN clause). Compliancy would be a great asset.
