As an analyst I want to be able to see longer comments in the Tool-Tips for easy verification.
Example:
Some comments might be longer than 100 chars and the differences between them might be on the second or third line.
*Details:*
This customer anticipates the same view of the data in the general tool-tips as you get in the table-cell tool-tip. But adding an option for setting the truncation length might be a better idea.
