Allow for manual adjustment of label positions in marker layers and/or enable the way of displaying labels in feature layers the same way as it is done in marker layers i.e. with link between the point/polygon and label.

Currently it is not possible to manually adjust position of labels using marker layers. This option has been provided for feature layers though the labeling system in feature layers differ from the one implemented in the marker layers. In marker layers we can see a link (line) between a label and a point where is in a feature layer labels are free flowing texts. It would be good to have a flexible way of displaying labels with option to manually adjust them for best visibility.
