Allow all OSI PI nodes to use PI Server Time

The current OSI PI integration with Statistica was designed under the assumption that the Statistica application would be located in the same time zone as the PI Server.   All the PI nodes using the PI and AF SDK are by default set to use the local time zone of the Statistica client for all PI queries.  Thus, if a Statistica client is in a different time zone than the PI server, any queries will to the PI server will return data offset based on the time zone difference between the client and PI server.

Please enable the support for use of the PI Server Time in all PI nodes using the PI SDK and AF SDK.  This is a feature offered in almost all PI client tools including PI Datalink and Processbook.
