Our Business Author needs to save some of their DXP file in a private space.
Sometime they need to share, and some other not.
Or because it's sensible, or because it's not finish.
With 3000 users, that come and goes, we can't do it by hand... so we need it to me automatic, and only accessible to each users or the administrator.

This sounds like a good idea to me so it gets my vote but it's something you could do yourself with some automation. You could create folders automatically by using the Web Services Spotfire Server API which gives you the ability to manipulate library folders such as creating folders and setting permissions. So you can create a trigger on the Spotfire metadata DB to fire when new rows getting inserted in the USERS table and create the user folder automatically.
