I want an option to disable the "Save as" option for the Business Author so that she/he can save existing templates/files and not be able to create new ones. In our setup, each user has their own template and we only want them to be able to "Save" and not "Save As". We won't allow them access to the folders as other client information is stored there and we are not creating individual accounts in spotfire for them."
A work around could be not to give them any write access to any library folder. So while they will still see the Save As option they won't be able to save anything back to the library.
