Specify Axis Range Per Visualization in Business Author

In Spotfire Analyst, you can specify the axis range for each visualization. This would be useful functionality to have in the business author so that as users are creating multiple charts on a single page, they can specify the same axis range to provide the same visual context instead of having the axis auto-adjust to the values in the data.
