Being able to sync scale ranges between visuals

This is a request from our Spotfire customer.

In the sample screenshot, users linked the filter bar values to the range of x-axis values, so the left screenshot shows the x-axis from 1 to 10 corresponding to 1-10 values of the filter bar, and data points in two scatter plots are in synchronized positions. In the right screenshot, users drag the slider filter bar to 4-10, the upper scatter plot shows the expected x-axis from 4 to 10, but the lower scatter plot only shows x-axis from 6 to 10 since there are no data points between 4-6. We want to have an easier way to fix the value range of the x-axis linked to a slider filter bar, instead of using IronPython. Thank you.
