Hi Team,
In day-to-day deployment(Export,import) of Spotfire elements between multiple environments, we also migrate the elements even though it is not changed(especially, when we import/export whole folder).
It is also hectic job to export/import element by element when multiple elements exists in the source/destination Spotfire Library project folders.
We're expecting an option to import , if the elements that is being imported to the Spotfire library as below
If the importing element is Changed/Modified than the existing GUID library element , then Import
Else Skip, continue importing other modified items.
Of course, this can be an option for GUID's that are already exists, so, I attached the screenshot that is expecting as feature.

Future Consideration
Having a better interface to manage these types of exports where maybe only 20 of 100 items in a folder need to be exported. Currently you have to export the 20 items individually. There are several enhancement requests that touch on this topic. Even moving a 100 items and then rejecting 80 of them on import is still less than ideal.
