Search capability to determine whether a user has access to a report

Reports are often accessed by large numbers of users, and managing permissions on the folder can be challenging. A particular challenge is trying to identify whether a user currently has permissions to a report. You might have hundred of users with Browse+Access permissions, mixed in with Groups that contain lots of additional users. Scrolling down trying to find a user is time consuming and challenging, and there's no way to determine if a user is a member of a group.

We currently have a search capability for adding users or groups. It would be useful to have a search capability that lets us search in permissions already applied to see if a user currently has been assigned any permissions to a folder.  This would include searching inside groups.
