Spotfire Server - Enable polling the database for deployment changes via command line

The configuration.xml contains the parameter <delay-between-refresh-minutes>5</delay-between-refresh-minutes>.

Could TIBCO implement the possibility to use the config command to force a database poll on the Deployment Areas? The default of 5 minutes is a good default value (could avoid unncessary operations on the server), but at some time during Deployment Area updates, it would be great to be able to trigger this refresh manually.
